Are you overwhelmed by transition after transition? Feeling stuck in your relationships, career or your thoughts and behavior? Are you anxious or apathetic about where your life’s headed?
I work 1:1 with young adults in NYC to help them navigate the mental and emotional strain associated with frequent life transitions and the uncertainty of their 20s and early 30s.
I use different types of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and collaborative goal setting to help identify your triggers and manage your anxiety and/or depression.
Whether you’re going through a major life change or struggling to adapt to your new responsibilities as an adult, we’ll work together to navigate it well and empower you to live a life you’re proud of.
Dating, roommates, and parents— the list goes on. Together we’ll work to process trauma, establish boundaries, and navigate complicated dynamics.
Whether you’re unfulfilled at your job or struggling to advocate for yourself in your current role — we set goals and put together a plan to help you achieve them.
For two decades I’ve worked with young adults with a goal-oriented therapy approach. Through the use of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), I focus on both behavioral and cognitive changes to help my clients reduce their symptoms and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
In plain language, this means: I meet you where you are. I listen. I ask questions. We create change.
