Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — I use CBT to help people identify their distressing thoughts and evaluate how realistic the thoughts are. From there, they learn to change their distorted thinking, think more clearly and feel better. The emphasis is also consistently on solving problems and initiating behavioral changes.

Rational Emotive Behavior (REBT) — REBT is an industry best practice for treating anxiety and depressive disorders. We will focus on identifying the core beliefs that are leading to emotional distress and unhealthy behavior patterns. I teach you how to change these beliefs so you can reduce uncomfortable feelings and take steps toward healthy behaviors that you want to incorporate into your life.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) — Using DBT to help treat anxiety and depression helps clients learn to regulate their emotions using evidence-based treatment strategies. DBT is a structured skills-driven approach emphasizing both change and acceptance. This approach emphasizes the tools you need to best tolerate stress, regulate your emotions, and live in the moment as opposed to dwelling on the past or feeling anxious about the future.
